Return & Refund Policy

At Ellar Nova, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and authenticity. Every item is artisan-crafted and boutique-fresh, ensuring a premium experience for every customer. By placing an order, you agree to the policies outlined below.

1. Return Eligibility — Store Credit Only

We accept returns for store credit only under the following conditions:

  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with all tags, dust bags, and original packaging included.
  • Boutique tamper-evident tags (if applied) must remain attached and untampered.
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • To initiate a return, customers must contact us at contact@ellarnova.com to receive specific return instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  • Store credit will be issued once the returned item passes our inspection. We do not offer cash refunds or exchanges under any circumstances.

All items are guaranteed authentic and boutique-fresh. Please inspect your order upon arrival and report any concerns within 48 hours.

2. Final Sale and Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Items purchased with promotional discounts
  • Gift cards

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

3. Inspection of Returned Items

All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt. Items will be inspected for:

  • Signs of wear, use, damage, or odors
  • Missing or detached tags, dust bags, or components
  • Alterations or other signs of use

If a returned item fails inspection:

  • No store credit will be issued.
  • Customers may request the rejected item be returned at their own expense.
  • If no payment for return shipping is received within 7 days of notification, the item will be considered abandoned and will be donated or discarded.

4. Shipping Damage Claims

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Contact contact@ellarnova.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Include clear photos of the damaged item, outer and inner packaging, and shipping label.

If verified:

  • We will issue a store credit for the purchase amount.
  • Customers are not required to return damaged items.

Claims submitted after the 48-hour window will not be eligible for store credit.

All continental U.S. packages are insured via USPS Ground Advantage. Packages shipped to Alaska and Hawaii are insured via USPS Priority Mail. We manage claims with the carrier on your behalf.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within the United States only.

  • Orders to the 48 contiguous U.S. states include complimentary standard shipping via USPS Ground Advantage (estimated 4–8 business days).
  • Orders to Alaska and Hawaii incur shipping charges calculated at checkout via USPS Priority Mail (estimated 6–10 business days).

Original shipping charges for Alaska and Hawaii are non-refundable if a return is initiated.

Once a package is marked as delivered by USPS, Ellar Nova is not responsible for:

  • Lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses
  • Shipping delays after dispatch

High-value orders may require a signature upon delivery. Packages forwarded internationally are not eligible for loss or damage claims.

7. Payment Disputes

Ellar Nova maintains full documentation of order fulfillment, shipping, and return activities. All policies are clearly disclosed before checkout. Any payment disputes or chargebacks initiated outside of these terms will be challenged with full supporting evidence.
