Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the e-commerce platform to sell our products to you.

2. Business Model & Scope

Ellar Nova is an authorized reseller of handcrafted Italian leather handbags. We source our products directly from artisan partners and reputable suppliers. Each item is inspected and fulfilled from our U.S. studio to ensure authenticity and boutique-level quality. As a curated boutique, we maintain a strict final-sale policy to guarantee every item is new, sealed, and never previously handled.

3. Eligibility & Usage

By using our site, you confirm that you are either at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or you have given us consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

You agree not to use our products or services for any unlawful purpose or violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights. Any misuse of the site, including the transmission of malware or unauthorized copying of content, will result in termination of service.

4. Accuracy of Information

We make every effort to display accurate and up-to-date information. However, we do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or current status of any content. Product colors, measurements, and materials are described as accurately as possible but may vary slightly depending on viewing conditions. You agree that it is your responsibility to evaluate all information before making a purchase.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or change the price of any product or service at any time without notice. We are not liable for any updates, errors, or inaccuracies related to product availability, pricing, or descriptions.

6. Orders, Returns & Refunds

By placing an order with Ellar Nova, you agree to our Return & Refund Policy.

We accept returns for store credit only under strict conditions. Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery, and all items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags, dust bags, and packaging included. Boutique tamper-evident tags (if applied) must remain attached and untampered. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

We do not offer cash refunds or exchanges under any circumstances.

Items marked as Final Sale, purchased with promotional discounts, or gift cards are not eligible for return.

If an item arrives damaged during shipping, you must report the issue with clear photo documentation within 48 hours of delivery. Verified claims will be eligible for store credit without requiring the return of the damaged item.

7. Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the United States only. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

• Duty Delivery Paid (DDP): All duties, customs, and import fees are prepaid by Ellar Nova. Customers will not be charged additional fees upon delivery.
• Free Shipping: Complimentary standard shipping is provided to the 48 contiguous U.S. states. Additional charges may apply to Alaska and Hawaii.
• Free Shipping Insurance: Every order includes complimentary shipping insurance, protecting your package from dispatch until confirmed delivery.

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, Ellar Nova is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and secure. Signature may be required for high-value orders.

Orders placed through freight forwarding services or outside of our supported region are placed at the customer’s risk and are not eligible for refund or replacement.

8. Consumer Rights & Data Privacy

10. Payment Disputes

All charges and transactions made on www.ellarnova.com are governed by our policies, including our Return & Refund Policy. We maintain full documentation of order fulfillment, shipping, and return activities to defend against unauthorized payment disputes or chargebacks.

We reserve the right to challenge any unauthorized or misrepresented payment disputes with Shopify, PayPal, or applicable financial institutions using supporting records.

If a customer initiates a chargeback in violation of these terms, we reserve the right to restrict future purchases or report the abuse to Shopify and payment providers.
