Shipping policy

Effective Date: March 5, 2025

By placing an order with Ellar Nova, you agree to the following shipping terms.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available. Orders placed using freight forwarding services, third-party reshippers, or international shipping addresses are not eligible for refunds, store credits, or replacements. Ellar Nova reserves the right to cancel any order placed outside our supported region.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order ships. Processing time is separate from carrier delivery time.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Free Standard Shipping to the 48 contiguous United States.
  • Alaska and Hawaii: Additional shipping charges apply at checkout.
  • Duty Delivery Paid (DDP): All duties, customs, and import fees are prepaid. No additional fees at delivery.
  • Free Shipping Insurance: Every order is covered by complimentary insurance from the moment it leaves our facility until it reaches your door.

Estimated delivery times:
Contiguous U.S. – USPS Ground Advantage (4–8 business days)
Alaska & Hawaii – USPS Priority Mail (6–10 business days)

Delivery times are estimates and may be impacted by weather, holidays, or carrier delays beyond our control.

4. Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

Tracking numbers are emailed once your order ships. You can also track your order through your Ellar Nova account or the carrier's website. If tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact your local post office or carrier. Ellar Nova is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages after delivery confirmation.

5. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering complete and accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders cannot be rerouted or modified once submitted. Ellar Nova is not responsible for misdelivered packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer at checkout. No refunds, store credits, or replacements are offered for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages caused by address errors provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

All orders include free shipping insurance. If a package is marked as "delivered" but cannot be located, contact us immediately at contact@ellarnova.com. We will assist in filing an insurance claim on your behalf. We recommend shipping to a secure location whenever possible.

7. Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives visibly damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@ellarnova.com. Please include:

  • Clear photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the outer and inner packaging
  • A clear photo of the shipping label

If verified, a store credit will be issued toward another item. Customers are not required to return the damaged item. No claims are accepted after the 48-hour window.

8. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to:

  • PO Boxes
  • APO/FPO military addresses
  • Freight forwarding addresses

Orders using unsupported addresses may be canceled or delayed.

9. Order Modifications & Cancellations

Orders cannot be changed or canceled once submitted. Please confirm all order and shipping details carefully before completing your purchase.

10. Boutique-Fresh Packaging, Return Eligibility, and Return Instructions

All items are brand new, sealed, and carefully inspected before shipping. We do not resell returned items to ensure a boutique-fresh experience.

Eligible returns for store credit only must meet our Return & Refund Policy requirements, including:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Return initiated within 14 days of delivery
  • Customer-paid return shipping
  • Approval after inspection

Return Instructions:
Return instructions will be provided only after you contact us at contact@ellarnova.com. Do not send items back without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Final Sale items and items purchased with promotional discounts are not eligible for return.
